We usually process and despatch orders on the same day as they are received (before 2PM and excluding weekends and Bank holidays), so they are usually with you in 1-3 working days. On rare occasions, orders may take a little longer to process if they are shipped direct from our suppliers, however, if your order is likely to be delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.

- Are all the products you sell actually in stock?
Yes, we do not accept orders for products that we (or our suppliers) don't actually have in stock. If a product is marked as in stock with a green buy now button, then it is available for delivery, any products that are out of stock have a red sold out button next to them and you will not be able to order it.

- Will you deliver my order to a different address as it is a gift for someone else?
Of course we can, a large percentage of our orders are delivered to different addresses, simply enter the alternative delivery address during the checkout process and we will do the rest.

- Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
Yes we do, however, shipping costs are slightly higher than standard UK charges. Please see our shipping costs page for more details.

- Can I reserve an item if it is out of stock?
Yes you can, simply call our customer services line on 0116 2893700 with your order details and we can process your payment over the telephone. As soon as we receive the product(s) in stock, we will have it/them dispatched on to you without delay.

- How safe are my details when shopping on your website?
Gadgetz4all.com take the security of your personal details very seriously. That is why we have integrated Comodo to scramble your details whilst on our website and Protx & Paypal payment processing services to ensure that you can pay with absolute confidence. - I don't have a credit card, can I still place an order?
Yes you can, we also accept payments with UK cheques and Postal Orders too. Simply place your order online as usual, then telephone us on 0116 2893700 to let us know, we will take care of the rest. Payment by either of these methods do however, delay the shipping times.

- How do I become a member of Gadgetz4all?
It's very simple, you can either enter your details using the 'my account' link, or you can wait until you have placed an order and our system will automatically set up an account for you when you check out. Once you have done this, you can log into your account at anytime in the future and our system will remember you. You can also keep track of your current order status and past orders when signing into your account.

- Do you sell gift vouchers?
We are very pleased to announce that we are currently in the process of setting up a Gift Voucher system. When you order gift vouchers, we will send you (or your friends and family!) a unique gift voucher code via email that can be redeemed at anytime during the following 12 month period.
