Occasionally, some of our products will delivered to you direct from our suppliers. Gadgetz4all.com and our direct suppliers will use all reasonable commercial efforts to meet the above delivery dates, however, we can not guarantee delivery dates. For some consignments delivered direct from our suppliers, delivery can take up to 5 working days depending on stock availability and location, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible if your order is likely to be delayed.
On very rare occasions, we may have to order stock in for you, if this is the case, we will endeavour to notify you on the same day (next working day at weekends and Bank Holidays).
Gadgetz4all.com and our direct suppliers reserve the right to deliver goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery costs for this. If you have not received your goods within 7 working days of placing your order, then please contact Gadgetz4all.com, quoting your name and full delivery address. We will then attempt to locate your shipment and advise you of the expected delivery date. If you fail to notify Gadgetz4all.com within 7 working days that you have not received your delivery then unfortunately, no claim can be made against Gadgetz4all.com, our direct suppliers or the couriers for the cost of missing or lost items. Gadgetz4all.com cannot be held responsible for courier delays.
International Shipping Terms:
Please note that we currently only accept international order that are paid for via Paypal, please accept our sincere apologies if this causes any inconvenience.
Please see UK delivery terms and conditions above, also, you (the purchaser), are the importer to your destination and you are solely responsible for all taxes and / or special duty payments on all products ordered on the Gadgetz4all.com web site, from the United Kingdom.
Gadgetz4all.com and our direct suppliers may use our judgement in selecting the carrier for and manner of any shipment. In no event shall we be responsible for any incidental or consequential or indirect damages due to any delay in deliveries or customs. Shipments made outside the U.K. are sent via Royal Airmail, but our direct suppliers may use other services at their discretion. Orders placed using 'Insured Express' (for international orders) will be sent via 'Royal Mail International Signed For' or 'Airsure' dependant on the country it is being delivered to.
Please note that we do not ship to international PO Box addresses.
In Transit Damage:
We will cover all items damaged by the shipping carrier unless the carrier is the Royal Mail, in which case, we will send you a copy of the proof of delivery and you may contact them direct for compensation. However, we will endeavour to assist you in any way possible.
Damaged Or Defective Shipments (Important):
For items shipped by our supplier via freight service such as FedEx, Citylink DHL, Securicor etc...
The shipment's recipient must receive the shipment in person and must inspect the shipment when delivered.
The recipient must notify the freight delivery driver of the shipping damage, request damage documentation and refuse the damaged shipment… if you fail to do this and items are missing or damaged, no claim can be made against Gadgetz4all.com, our suppliers or the Couriers for these items.
Immediate notification should be issued to firstname.lastname@example.org advising that delivery has been refused as “goods damaged” or “goods missing” quoting your purchase order number on all correspondence.
Gadgetz4all.com or our direct suppliers will replace the item at no additional cost to the vendor after we have verified that the item was in fact damaged during shipment. This process may unfortunately take time to resolve.
Gadgetz4all.com and our direct suppliers will not cover a shipping damage return and/or replacement in which the buyer fails to follow this procedure.
Refund Policy - (damaged goods only)
If an item that you have ordered arrives damaged or defective, please notify us using the 'Contact Us' page within 7 days of receipt and we will be more than happy to issue you with a replacement product or a full refund. Orders must be returned to us no later than 10 days after you originally received it. Please note that returned products must arrive back with us in the original condition and we would advise you to use a 'signed for' delivery service as we cannot process return orders that have been lost or damaged.
All refunds will be sent to the original payment method used.
7 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you have purchased an item from us and decide that you no longer want it, we will be happy to offer you a replacement product or a full refund providing that you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that all items returned using our 7 day returns policy must be received by us in its original and resaleable condition. We would recommend that all returns are sent via a 'signed for' delivery service as lost returns claims cannot be processed.
If you refuse a delivery, and the goods are returned to us or our direct suppliers, we will refund the order less any direct costs to us for the return. For UK courier deliveries, there is a £15 surcharge to return a package to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Over 75% of waste electrical goods end up in landfill, where lead and other toxins contained in the electrical goods can cause soil and water contamination.
This can have a very harmful effect on natural habitat, wildlife and also human health. When situated near populated areas these toxins can cause problems to communities as their water and soil is polluted.
Many of the electrical items that we throw away can be repaired or recycled. Recycling items helps to save natural finite resources and also reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending waste electrical goods to landfill.
To minimise our impact on this earth and to protect the environment for future generations it is important that we are all aware of the consequences of our actions and how we can make a difference.
This is a lot of electrical waste! So to reduce the amount of electrical items going to landfill the government has introduced some new regulations called 'The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations'.
To comply with the new WEEE regulations, Gadgetz4all.com will provide all our customers the opportunity to return any electrical and electronic products to us on a like for like basis* and all costs will be met by ourselves. Returned products will then be sent to our local WEEE recycling facility where they will be processed correctly. Please contact us for more details or to arrange a collection.
* Like for like basis: If you purchase, for example, a Radio Controlled Helicopter from Gadgetz4all.com and have a used/unwanted Radio Conrolled Helicopter that you would like us to recycle in exchange for the new model, it is our responsibility to arrange this on your behalf and cover all costs involed. However, this is strictly on a like for like basis, please feel free to contact us for more assistance.
