Tomy Battle Deck Super Raceway is set in a futuristic world where cars take on the properties of nature's most dominant animals; racing and battling each other for the prize of being the ultimate battler. Now the challenge is up to you. Collect and customise to build the ultimate battle car to race and beat your opponents.

Which side will you choose: Tiger, Shark, Dragon or Phoenix? Will you go for speed or endurance, all out collision or dodge and swerve with the lane changer action feature? Each battle car comes on a unique 3 piece deck system that includes the car body, engine and rear tyres and finally the blades and front tyres... the business end of the car. Once you've selected your pieces, snap all the decks together, push the car out and you're ready to battle on the Battle Raceway. Put the cars back to back, pull back until they click and let'em go. The car that is smashed off the track or left upside down is the loser.

Once you've mastered basic battling try your hand at the ultimate test of skill--lane changing. Flippin the fins on the side of the car will allow the car to swerve and dodge your opponent and hit them on the next run... assuming you have the endurance engine for it. Once you've collected more battle cars, use the deck system to swap parts; change your engine from one designed for speed to one made for endurance; or make it more powerful in the attack by changing the front blades. The choice is yours, but be careful.... the outcome of your next battle will depend on your selection.
